Delhi now in Safe Hands?

Unlike Gotham, Delhi does not require a masked vigilante, a caped crusader spying overnight. It needs heroes like elected officials. We all stood by, and let scum take control of our capital city. But this is Democracy. When there were enemies at the gates, the Romans would suspend democracy and appoint one man to protect the city. It wasn't considered an honor. It was considered a public service. The last man who they appointed was named Caesar, and he never gave up his power!
Just thought about writing a post about an analogy(though unbiased :P) between 'The Dark Knight', the movie, and the present sociopolitical conditions in Delhi. The emergence of new leadership in the National Capital has brought a new hope to the people of India. All pervasive melancholy and hopelessness(due to prevalent corruption) seem to have started fading off, though slowly. No one imagined this would happen! a person who was struggling against the odds for the enactment and approval of the RTI act and Jan Lokpal Bill would actually become the Chief Minister of Delhi one day!
Hoping for a total eradication of corruption in the National Capital!
